YES, and you can order a different letter for each child! We have several letters to choose from. This way it doesn't seem like Santa has written the same letter to each child. Our website makes it easy by allowing you to focus on each letter individually! Simply customize the first letter and place your order, then return to the site and order your second letter. Each letter is treated as a separate transaction in our billing department and will be billed to your credit card separately as well. Even though the letters are separate transactions, as long as they're ordered on the same day, they should arrive to your children on the same day also.

If you order during the month of November, we will ship your letter on November 26th for arrival during the first week of December. If you wait until later to order the letter, we will ship your letter as soon as we can. Letters will be postmarked from the North Pole if ordered before December 10th. All orders must be placed no later than 4pm on December 18th.

We hope the letter will arrive to you in a timely manner, however we are dependant on the U.S. Postal Service to get the letter to it's destination and can not guarantee it's arrival on any certain date. If your letter does not arrive before December 21, please contact us and we will ship out another letter right away.
